Cancer Insurance
When a covered individual is diagnosed and treated for cancer, this plan provides a variety of benefits to help offset some of the costs associated with cancer treatment as well as indirect costs related to recovery from cancer. Depending upon the level of coverage selected, a Cancer Insurance policy can include benefits for:
Hospital Confinement
Ambulance to/from Hospital
Intensive Care Unit Confinement
Surgery
Second Surgical Opinion
Radiation and Chemotherapy
Disability Income

Critical Illness Insurance
Critical Illness Insurance offers a unique way to help protect against the financial hardships associated with surviving a critical illness such as cancer, heart attack or stroke. Upon diagnosis of a covered critical illness and submission of a valid claim, the insured will receive a check for the designated benefit amount. This "living benefit" can be used for any purpose, from immediate health-related costs to more general financial needs such as lost income, mortgage payments, and tuition.
 
 
Disability Income Insurance
Disability Income Insurance provides a monthly lump sum benefit for total disability due to a covered accident or sickness. Coverage for three months, six months, twelve months and 24 months is available. Benefit Amounts range from $500 to $5,000 per month. Disability Income Insurance is a voluntary benefit and only available on payroll deduction at the workplace.
 
 
Supplemental Medical Indemnity Insurance
Supplemental Medical Indemnity Insurance can help with uncovered medical expenses and prescriptions not covered by an existing health care policy. Benefits include coverage for:
